Executive Chef

and orchards in the heart of the beautiful south Okanagan Valley,
St. Andrews By The Lake offers an executive golf experience to the
general public. Expansion plans are currently underway to expand to an eighteen
hole golf course with a fine dining, social, family and corporate events
facility. We are seeking an Executive Chef with demonstrated business, creative
and culinary skills to join or dynamic team in growing St. Andrews By The Lake.
In collaboration with the
Facility Manager, the executive Chef will design and implement a Food Services
Management Plan that celebrates life in the Okanagan Valley. You will cultivate
strong relationships with business, industry and community groups, i.e.,
wineries, orchards, festivals, tourism, etc. through your innovative and
exciting approach to local cuisine and events.
Qualifications will be
determined at time of recruiting, however, minimum requirements include:
- Culinary
degree, associates degree or comparable experience required.
- Significant
culinary knowledge and experience
- two to
four years of menu development and food management

Andrews By The Lake is located just 14 km
south of Penticton, B.C. Our moderate climate, proximity to Okanagan and Skaha
Lakes and Mt. Apex Ski Resort offers an array of year round activities to
